About this tool

Frequently asked questions
Does it query Receita Federal?
No. It checks the structure and check digits, which is what systems do before any lookup. A valid number doesn't mean the document is active.
Does it accept alphanumeric CNPJ?
Yes. Letters in the first 12 positions are accepted and check digits follow the new Receita rule.
Why are CPFs like 111.111.111-11 invalid?
Repeated-digit sequences pass the math but are considered invalid by Receita and virtually every system.
How many numbers can I validate at once?
Up to 500 lines at a time.
